The T-slot design provides a clean mounting surface for compatible roof accessories. Each bar also features M6 x 1 mm x 25 mm tapped ends for accessory installation.

Vehicle Compatibility

Designed to fit 2023+ Honda Pilot models across all trims using the vehicle’s factory mounting points. Important: If your Pilot has factory roof rails installed, you must remove them before installing this crossbar kit. The crossbars mount directly to the vehicle’s factory mounting locations and cannot be used with the factory roof rails still installed.

The crossbars can be positioned on any of the Pilot’s three factory mounting locations.

Important: This kit requires modification to the rain gutter during installation. It does not require drilling.

Installation

Installation takes approximately 1 hour.

Tools required:

• M8 Allen key
• Cutter for rain-gutter modification
• 13 mm wrench or socket
• 11 mm wrench or socket

Professional installation is recommended but not required for customers comfortable with basic vehicle hardware installation.

Follow the included instructions carefully and verify that all mounting points are secure before carrying cargo.
