The Cleaver is made for the shape and limits of the 2023+ Honda Pilot.
Honda’s published Pilot information lists up to 165 lb of roof cargo when using accessory crossbars. With Cleaver you can run 210 lbs. Always follow your Honda owner’s manual, accessory instructions, and the lowest applicable load limit.
Never exceed the applicable vehicle or accessory load limit.

The Cleaver was reviewed by a third-party engineering firm using finite element analysis, or FEA.
The rack was analyzed with:
