Each component uses material selected for the area it protects:

• Front extension: 3/16-inch aluminum
• Front skid plate: 3/16-inch aluminum
• Catalytic converter skid plate kit: 1/4-inch aluminum mid plate with a 0.14-inch stainless steel catalytic converter skid plate
• Carrier bearing skid plates: 1/4-inch aluminum
• Fuel tank skid plate: 3/16-inch aluminum
• Rear differential skid plate: 3/16-inch aluminum

All components are configured around the vehicle’s stock exhaust system.

Compatibility with aftermarket exhaust systems is not guaranteed.

Raw aluminum may include minor scratches, sheet marks, or manufacturing marks from the production process. These are normal characteristics of the material and do not automatically indicate a defect.

Powder Coat

Select your preferred powder-coat option. Leave your color choice in the order comments at checkout.

Custom powder-coat orders add approximately two weeks before shipping.

Installation

Installation takes approximately 3 hours for the complete bundle.

Each component has its own installation manual available through its individual product page. Review the relevant manuals before beginning so you understand the mounting sequence, required vehicle support, and installation process for each part.

Required tools: Refer to the individual installation manuals for each component.

Professional installation is recommended if you are not comfortable working underneath your vehicle. Properly support the vehicle before beginning installation.
